This Powerbank Charger by iCharge is very convenient and portable.  It makes a great backup power source when on the run.  As a mother I am constantly taking photos of my cutie pie causing my phone runs low on battery.  This item is not only a power source but it can charge my iPhone super-fast.  At 50% the powerbank can charge my phone to 100% in about 20-25 mins.  I’ve charged both my iPhone and iPad at the same time and it works great.


The Powerbank fits USB-A and C-Type ports making it fully compatible with any device on the market.  There is a blue light indicator on the side of the Powerbank that will indicate when the item is fully charged.  The item includes 1 x Powerbank; 1 x iCharge; 1 x Travel Carrying Case; 1 x Micro USB Cable; 1 x Type C Cable; 1 x Instruction Manual.  It is Ultra-slim slightly bigger than an iPhone 6s.  It is not lightweight and feels very well made, solid.

Ustellar 16.4ft/5m Waterproof Flexible LED Strip Lights, 300 Units SMD 2835 LEDs, 12V LED Light Strips, Lighting Strips, LED Tape for Gardens/Homes/Cars/Bar (Daylight White)

This is a review of the Ustellar Waterproof Flexible LED Strip Lights with self-adhesive back or tape lights.  This particular strip did not come with a 12v power adapter so if you need one, you’ll have to order it or purchase the unit with the kit.

This particular item is said to be waterproof however I was not able to test it outside given the strip came with exposed wiring.  I checked other products and the internet all seemed to indicate it should not be exposed.  I am awaiting the replacement unit to come.  Hopefully it will not be the same.  Amazon is a great place to order. 

The LED strip is 16.4ft/5m long and has a total of 300 LED modules.  Instructions show that it is cuttable and linkable every 3 LEDs along the cutting marks.  The LED strip is sealed with silicone which makes it waterproof and smooth to the touch.  The non-waterproof strips don’t have the silicone wrapping and the LED modules and resistors are bare which can cause an electrical shock despite it only being 12v.  I’d recommend spending the extra money (a few bucks, not much) to purchase the waterproof silicone wrap ones which is smooth to the touch and can handle heat.  Given the item is for my kid’s room, as parents it is probably best to spend the money for the peace of mind. 

The strip is very easy to install with self-adhesive back or tape like back which sticks to pretty much any smooth surface.  I’d probably consider running these strips inside and under my kitchen cupboards and shelves.

After some research, this product with is a 2835 LED is an upgrade from the 3528.  The light output of 2835 is 2 to 3 times higher than 3528.  Depending on what you plan to use the strip for, 2835 is said to be better for kitchen under-cabinet lighting and above crown moldings while the 3528 would be better for bookshelves or for ambient lights. 

If you are planning to connect multiple LED strips to a single power source, it is best to run them in parallel rather than series.  I noticed with this and other LED strip lights when connected in a series that at the end of the strip the lighting appears to be dimmer.  After researching the issue, it appears that in a series, you are running power through one strip connected to the next, and so on which the power does not hold the same with each connector and thus causing the dimmer lights with each passing connector (voltage drop).
 

With so many of the same products out there of the same design and made, they all appear to be the same standard length (16.4ft/5m).  I wish there were options to purchase longer strips or pay per feet that way I don’t have to deal with having to connect the strips and deal with the voltage issue.

This hanger toiletry bag has some PROS and CONS.

PROS:

Fast and easy access to toiletry items, no mess on counter.

Great for large family.

Mess free, nice storage multi-pocket area.

Good quality material and design, easy to clean and wipe down with damp cloth.

Foldable for easy packing in suitcase.

CONS:

Hanger does not swivel.

Metal hanging hook sharp (Be careful when using).

A bid too large for single person traveling but great if you pack the full size toiletry.

Black Box Honey Type Leather Cleaner Conditioner

I have an old leather massage chair sitting in the garage since we moved and I wasn’t eager to bring the chair into the house until it was clean.  I’ve wiping it down with a damp cloth and was not happy with the results.  I came across this product and thought why not give it a try.  The product did not have a weird chemical smell.  It was easy to apply, not too runny, not sticky, and not waxy.  It quickly cleansed the surface of the chair and gave it a soft clean look.  Not a glossy waxy greasy look like most products I’ve seen on the market.   My chair was pretty worn from many years of use and a toddler spilling stuff on it. 


After I used the Black Box Honey Leather conditioner/cleaner on my chair, the leather not only felt clean but more hydrated and soft.  I’ve now used the product not only on the massage chair but on my car dashboard, leather hand bags, and shoes.  My husband also took to how nice and clean my shoes looked and started to condition his work shoes and brief case with it too.  It gives everything a fresh, new look without that greasy oily feel.  Since the product is not oil base or wax, I do not expect any damage on my dashboard from the hot sun.  It has been 3 days since I applied the Honey Leather conditioner on the dashboard and it still looks and feels great.  No burn or discoloration from the hot sun.  #leatherconditioner

This Mess-Less Silicone Placemat is the perfect meal companion for the little one.  The soft pastel color and character is so fun look at and very user friendly.  This silicone placemat is well made, heavy duty sufficient to keep its place on the table and helps with reducing mess.  The delivery was super-fast and the packaging very nice and neat.  No weird plastic smell or chemical smell at all.  The mat has gone through a hot wash cycle in the dishwasher and came out fine.  I’m not sure about putting this in the microwave given the size of the mat.  I’d recommend this product to parents.  Really does help keep food, spoon, and fork in place and off the table and the floor.  If you have a kid that likes to pick up the bowl or plate from the table and move around, this is the perfect item.  #messlessmat

I made awesome vegan carrot cake muffins with it.  It was mess free; stick free, pop right out kind of baking.  No more nonstick spray or muffin liners.  The muffins came right out of the silicon baking pan perfect shaped.  It was easy to use and easy to clean.  The packaging was simple, easy to read, said made from high quality 100% food grade silicone and are FDA approved.

 

While there has been a number of interesting reviews commenting on the product and the safety of using silicone in baking.  While I’m not an expert on this matter I did do some research.  One website “Wellness Mama” indicated there weren’t enough studies on silicone bakeware.  So while there isn’t any evidence that it is harmful, there also isn’t much evidence that it is safe.  My best recommendation for those of you is to do what you feel is best.

 

The biggest issue I had was not with the product but with the detail of the company and background I was able to find on the internet.  Both Amazon and the web did not find any detail information on the company, its origins, or where the product was made.  This is a bit concerning to me when there isn’t searchable information for me.  I did email the company, so I’ll update my review once I hear back.
